The Suyana Mundial Foundation and the Suyana Foundation have merged. The merged foundation will continue to operate under the name “Suyana Foundation” and will remain under the supervision of the Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations. The purpose of the foundation and the scope of the projects remain unchanged.
We are convinced that the merger of the two foundations offers numerous advantages. We can combine our strengths, use synergies and reduce administrative expenses. The merger will enable us to implement the joint foundation purpose even more efficiently and effectively in the future.
